Aiolos walkaround tasting (Aiolos HQ): Warmth, dry fruit, citrus, grapefruit peel, pear, a touch herbal and spicy Palate showing med body, herbs, green notes, the fruit is rather underripe still, spice, med body and long finish

12.5% ABV; Blend of five grapes (Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Blanc, Saorin, Riesling). Smells like peach ring candy. Med+ acidity. Peach follows on the palate with green herbs and white flowers. Honeydew, persimmon covered in light agave syrup. Finishes savory compared to the fruit on the front of the palate. So much flavor and texture here for a relatively low ABV. Beautiful balance of perceived sweetness and acidity. First Quintarelli... hit it out of the park. Fantastic.

Very good! Definitely sauvignon blanc grassiness coming through. Oddly not really citrus-like
