All 2009s were tasted before malo. Most 2008s were tasted out of barrels, malo completed.
Delicate balance of minerals, fruit and acidity. Feminine and pure wines.

Expressive first nose of fresh lime, then peaches and minerals. Simple palate of citrus and minerals. Medium acidity, clean finish with medium length. Uncomplicated and enjoyable.

Muted first nose of citrus, then minerals and sweet peaches. Round palate of minerals and lime. Medium to high acidity. Acid streaking finish with medium length.

2006 Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons

Sweet nose of ripe peaches and honey. Rich, round palate of honey and minerals. Silky and well balanced with medium acidity. Delicate finish with medium to long persistence.

2007 Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos

First nose of minerals, then peaches and a touch of honey. Precise attack; high acidity; muted layers of minerals with and touch of lime. Clean finish and very persistent.

2006 Domaine Louis Moreau Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru
Very sweet, ripe and round on the nose; first honeysuckle, then peaches and honey. Soft attack; very well balanced and silky with precise acidity. Clean minerals and lime on the palate. Beautiful honeyed finish and very persistent. Very pure and elegant.
