1/3/2016 - Sheila62 Likes this wine: NRI really like this. Tbis is a young traditionly made barbaresco. The tannins as expected are a bit sharp, but soften a bit in the glass. A bit austere upon opening but the flesh reveals itself with spices, herbs, and a bit of earth. I cant wait to try these with a bit of time in a cool cellar. |

A little reduction on the nose but probably the best 7 series I have tasted. The focus of those 2008 grapes with the plushness of the 2009 vintage is a great marriage. Great focus with wonderful minerality and lushness. Just a great non vintage! |
