I would confuse it with a Southern Rhône in appearance. But on the nose the perfume is lofty and delicate - roses and pomegranates. Tannic and intense. Aggressive and demanding but starting to soften. Tremendous, terrific. The level of the wines today is so high it's hard to judge. But this is serious. |

Camphor, liquorice, menthol? - all back of tongue but good acidity on the palate. Really interesting and subtle flavour/ texture combinations, with good structure. |
