  Copenhagen Restaurants; 7/10/2023-7/14/2023: By the bottle in Restaurant Palægade in Copenhagen. Aromatic nose of red berries, cherries and tea. Very elegant medium bodied, medium-high acidity and tannins. Long finish. Still young and the tannins are prominent at this stage but this shows a lot of promise and will certainly develop complexity over time.

  By the glass. Dull violet colour. Aromas of mushrooms, cherry and oriental species. On the palate it is a compact wine, with good acidity and a sweet licorice aftertaste. At this point of this tasting, a memorable bottle with a great future.
  
  Por copas. Apagado color violeta. Aromas a champiñones, cerezas picotas y especies orientales. En boca es un vino compacto, de buena acidez y un retrogusto a regaliz dulce. Llegados a este punto de la cata, una botella memorable y de gran futuro.

  Took 7 hours to get this thing really singing. Really awesome potential. Begins so light, I was surprised. Almost like Pinot noir. After a long decant it really picked up weight and really started to sing! Leather, dried cherry, earth, and smoke. All the hallmarks of a great Barolo but so so elegant. Can’t wait to try again in a while!
