From the price cathegory this is their entry level wine. In color its quite dark and extractive. In bouquet its quite animalistic, meaty, bloody, earthy and after ripe fruit. Taste is copying the bouquet. Tannis are velvety, Its harmounious but in naturalistic way. There are lot of these excentric meaty flavours. For me if wine is interesting, it is always more important than conventional elegance. |

Tastes complex, surprisingly after strawberies, then coffee, bitter herbs. Whole structure seems quite in balance. Very pleasant and interesting drinking. |

There is also a great freshness and minerality to this wine - not unlike the dry and crispy riesling from the same region or maybe even like Alsace. The taste is warm, savory and with balanced acidity. The only thing that bothers me is the small spikes of alcohol pupping up at the finish.
