Aligned with my previous tasting notes. concentrated and complex primary and secondary flavors/aromas. Difficult not to drink this wine immediately.

This also seemed youthful. I like the 15 Audoin wines much more than the 14's. They seem much better balanced than 14 with more fruit. This was nice with a mushroom strudel.

Light salmon-colored in the glass, this still shows vibrant fruit on a lighter-bodied wine on the palate. Very nice.

Brickish ruby red, transparent. Moderately pronounced nose of red fruit, oaky spice. Bright acid, dominant oak on the palate with red cherry fruit. It's pinot, but it's not exciting. For 2021, feels tired already. A big disappointment.

Quite simple and hollow to begin with. With an hour of aeration, the wine appears more complex, concentrated, and sophisticated. Fresh tones of cherry, licorice, mushrooms, and earthy tones. Still somewhat thin in parts of the fruit, as with several wines from the 2017 vintage.

Drank over two days. Perfumed nose of flowers and red cherries. On the palate red cherry, forest berries, violet, tarragon, sweet tobacco leaves, fresh soil and wet pebble stones. Fairly deep and profound pinot with good balance. Very approachable and easy to drink

Efter att initialt chocka näsan med en käftsmäll av brinnande tändsticka, något som snabbt luftas bort, så doftar vinet, inte förvånande, vit bourgogne. Citrus, mogna gula äpplen, mineral, smörkola, lite honung. En storartad doft! Smaken är rik och munfyllande, med en härlig energisk syra som sätter igång saliverandet. Bra längd på den kryddiga eftersmaken. Dricks bra nu men några år i källaren kommer absolut inte skada. Utmärkt.

Took 30 min of carafe to gain balance. It's definitely rough on the edges, but the middle palate gives you the awesome fruitiness of a great Burgundy. Good wine.

Punches above its weight.

Nose charges forward with strong earth notes and berry mix.

I believe this is 100% destemmed, but would have sworn it saw some stems; there is some lovely and unique spice here - perhaps the wood?

Cherry and plum, some mushroom.

Highly textured, but not rudely sharp.

At least ten years ahead of it.

With very few exceptions (Pibarnon comes to mind), in my mind most Rose' wines should be consumed within a year of release. While they certainly evolve, they also tend to lose that liveliness that makes them so attractive as a youngster.

This is still an enjoyable bottle, but it doesn't have the verve it possessed a year or so ago. Note to self - find and consume the rest of my stash soon.

Ordered off a list and drinking very well on pop and pour. The red fruit is warm but vibrant, balanced by nice acidity. This has a bit more depth than I expect from Mercurey. Very nice.
