Brilliant, elegance paired with complexity, really great! Spices, mineralic notes, freshness, but also hints of butter, brioche, green twigs, earthy notes. I like Mosnel!! T. Acid, not well balanced, lemon- and grapefruitjuice, finish is lost somewhere on the road, only a hint of iron and some tannin stays. We loved the wine because of the refreshing acidity, but it seems not to age well. Bought 2020 in the Cantina Franciacorta in Erbrusco, we will watch the next (and last) bottle closely. Super acid balance, nice and quite long finish, green, mineralic again, herbs, exquisite peppery/spice notes For a pas dose, this is really a masterpiece, one bottle had cork (1/6), but that is not Mosnel‘s fault. Floral tones on the palate. Smooth but persistent acidity, almost like in home-made lemonade. Refreshing. Mellow, round-texture bubbles.
