Just five persons in a very large living room.
We each brought two or more bottles. The wines were poured blind.

• NV Il Mosnel Franciacorta Brut 85 Points

  Italy, Lombardia, Franciacorta DOCG

  White and yellow fruits, ripe apples and nutmeg in the bouquet. On the palate a very mild bibbel with ripe apples and a lot of sweetness, low acidity and a short finish.

  Brioche and yeast in the bouquet. On the palate green apples, pear, a firm amount of citrus acidity and some almonds. Fresh and clean bubble.

  In the bouquet overripe apple, brioche and minerals. Full bodied and tasty in the mouth, macaroons, medium acidity and not bone dry. Certainly a beautiful bubble.

  Beautiful bouquet with a lot of minerals and ripe fruits and citrus. On the palate complex and full bodied. The same impressions as in the nose. Also caramel and beautiful acidity. Great length.
