Mineral component hits the tongue and palate with a fresh sparkz. Not a typical glycerin driven Pinot Grigio nor an airy fairy flavored water. I am impressed. May never go back to catpee SB. |

Light to medium body, good acidity, pears, apples and perhaps some pineapple. Pleasingly long finish. I've had this wine numerous times, and it always delivers. |

Light to medium body, crisp acidity with a touch of minerality, good fruit level--lime, citrus, and stone fruit. Love the freshness of this wine. |

It is medium weight, is sweet without being cloying and has good palate coverage. It went well with sheep’s milk cheese but also our not too sweet sugar cookies. A distinctive and versatile dessert wine that flies under the radar. |

Two-dimensional nose dominated by a crunchy fruit, lime, lemon, green apple, and banana, with exotic hints. Then there are notes between floral and herbaceous, quite generic. In the mouth, it is dry and warm, quite intense with good sapidity that prevails over the acidity, which, to be honest, I would have expected to be more prominent. Medium persistence. It is now entering the drinking phase (ready). Maximum 5 years. |

Notes of stone fruit sweet honey, spices and flowers. The taste is full and with a creamy texture, yet fresh and fruity. A little pricy but still a very good glass of white wine. |
