Darker and getting some brick orange. Cherry and rose notes were not as dry as expected, almost a touch of sweetness to them. Some forrest floor. Soft but long finish. |

Would have guessed 15-20 years old, not 30. Delicate but classic Barolo notes of dried roses, soil, more ripe red fruit than expected. Fortunately from a well preserved bottle- the cork looked brand new. |

Could definitely taste the age- same black fruits but now dried vs ripe and more dust and forest floor. Would have guessed a 10+ yo Chianti. Not much finish. Was probably at its peak 2-3 years ago but still very good. |
