Intense pear juice, anise, candied ginger, honeyed. Textured without being oily. Wonderful crushed rock mineral notes (a curious mix of Chenin Blanc and Riesling minerality), and delicate lemon peel.Nice crisp acidity gives lift to the weighty palate. Cork 15.0% abv.
