Aroma: peach and almond blossoms, some oyster shell.
Palate: rich, spicy and nutty with pit fruits, citrus and apple. Good mineral core and bracing acidity. Could use some age to round out the rough edges.

Aroma: exotic herb-driven nose featuring eucalyptus, menthol, violet and blackberries.
Palate: smooth and rich with herbal blackberry flavors. Notes of menthol, cured meat, minerals, leather and nuts. Very good length and complexity. Ripe tannins and moderate acidity. Beautiful wine.

Palate: smooth and velvet mouthfeel with flavors of boysenberry, Black cherry, cured meat and minerals. Tannins lurk in the background. Low to moderate acidity. Somewhat subtle but well made. Will be interesting to see how it ages.

Aroma: elusive and beguiling with suggestions of lime zest, herbs, minerals and watermelon.
Palate: rich and almost creamy with a lovely interplay of melon, mineral, herb and even nutty flavors. Moderate acidity but lithe on the palate. Very good.

Palate: nutty and spicy with moderate acidity and just a vague hint of melon and lime. Some minerals. Curious and not characteristic of rosé. Rather complex. Probably good with food.
