Settling in. A bouquet of salty caramel, acacia flowers, stones. Oily texture, honeyed fruits, dried apricot, fennel, wax. Airy feel under the deep, complex flavors. Hors classe Condrieu as usual.

Light yellow. Nose is rich yet elegant, with notes of peaches, akacia, apricots, grilled lemon and a touch of nutmeg. Mouthfeel is round, rich, full bodied, floral, complex and well balanced with moderate acidity and notes of peaches, fresh apricotes, akacia and a touch of wet gravel and nutmeg, with a light bitterness in the long finish.
Top Condrieu as always, a bold wine with tons of character. Love it!

Always a fan of their Condrieu and this one is as pure as ever but just lacking a little complexity and freshness compared to other vintages. Not sure how it will age.

Pear, lemon, earthy bouquet. Rich, creamy, waxy texture. Pear, asian spices, wide and deep. Great Condrieu.

Very nice; drank with a Thai fish stew; coconut milk, carrots, onions and, of course, fish sauce. Opened with a short decant. Even Loretta enjoyed it.
