Kind of harmonious an in a good place to be consumed. Nothing over done at the moment. Gave it 4 hours of air in the bottle with some space for the wine to touch the air. Lasting finish. Not a spectacular wine but I have no complaints. Of course it could be better but everything could be better. In a good drinking window after some time to breathe. Drink up friends. |

Kinda of reminded me of a Spanish Tempranillo. Young, so it evolved somewhat over time. Enjoyable and offers a nice change of pace from the typical higher end Cabernets I usually drink. 90 now with maybe a point or two higher with age. HMC |

Comprised of 94% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Sémillon and 1% Sauvignon Musqué that was fermented in a combination of stainless steel (97%), concrete eggs (2%) and neutral French oak (1%), it was subsequently aged for five months in neutral French oak barriques (98%) and concrete eggs (2%). Light golden in color, it is immediately aromatically expressive of grapefruit, quince, honeydew, wet stones and cut grass. Light-to-medium-bodied, seamlessly alcoholic (13.9%) and with lively acids, it delivers flavors in line with the aromas, adding a wisp of oak. Solid in the middle and medium-to-long on the back end, this is an impressive New World Sauvignon Blanc that was an excellent accompaniment to raw oysters, chilled lobster and sushi. Enjoy it in its youth. Drink now-2026. |
