What a find! I get really gorgeous candied red berries and a hint of barnyard funk on the nose, and a good tannic grip behind the fruit in the mouth. It’s been open for a few days at this point and it’s still delicious.

12/8/2012 7:30:00 AM - The staff did the decant. But we arrived at 6.30 so I would say at least 2,5 hrs. Not 100% sure though.
