Starts with black cherries, great acidity and tartness with a touch of citrus, but dominated by the fresh cherry juice flavors. Great domestic wine to substitute for Barbera. No problem with the extra time in the bottle. |

Plenty of juicy blackberry fruit and deep, dark extraction to be punchy and fun while cocktailing, though I usually prefer Kenny's wines with food as they always have a reliable vein of acidity running through them that shows best when paired. |
