A really fantastic night of burgundies up at Knightsbridge with Eric Rousseau, Nadine Gublin (Prieur), and Nicholas Potel. Nadine was at our table and was a lovely person.
Nice lineup of 06s to get started folllowed by some truly spectacular wines with dinner. Chef Matt did good work on this one.

Flight 5 - Grilled Veal Chop with gruyere potato puree, haricot verts (3 notes)
2002 Nicolas Potel Bonnes Mares
Full red purple color. Forward bright spicy earthy briar nose. Tight black fruit and spice with good acidity and spice. Like most Bonnes Mares, this one is showing tight and young.
