Wednesday, November 2, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Initially thought slightly corked. Coiled nose displaying subdue white fruit, apple, pear, spicy spices and crushed rocks. Very good concentration, coiled white fruit, excellent balance, precision and focus, piercing acidity, strong limestone mineral, and a long coiled white fruit driven finish. This is a very precise mineral driven wine.
