Saturday, January 21, 2023 - One hour double decant. Pale golden color. Lemon curd, buttered popcorn, pineapple, and subtle coconut on the nose. Super smooth, modestly buttery palate. Vibrant, mouth filling acidity imparts terrific structure, with a long finish.

There’s still room for improvement. I’m not a white wine drinker, but this is pretty amazing. Shared with Mark1NPT and our lady friends at the start of our extended wine weekend.
