Wednesday, June 21, 2023 - Served blind. Been a minute since I have had sparkling from the UK. 8 grams of dosage, with 68% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay and a tiny touch of Pinot Meunier. Tangerine for sure, a very distinct imprint of it;. Green apple, stony dry citrus peel finish. An elegant wine that is broad yet still lithe in how it hits the palate. When I revisited the wine again, the Pinot Noir and the structure came through a bit more. I really enjoyed this, a good ringer for Chris to place in the lineup.
