Blind; I wasn't sure what this was. The nose is very odd, it had a milky quality. I was worried about the flavor but that lactic note didn't show up and it was a nice green apple and explosive finish with lots of ripe lime and lemon. Great.

Served blind. Been a minute since I have had sparkling from the UK. 8 grams of dosage, with 68% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay and a tiny touch of Pinot Meunier. Tangerine for sure, a very distinct imprint of it;. Green apple, stony dry citrus peel finish. An elegant wine that is broad yet still lithe in how it hits the palate. When I revisited the wine again, the Pinot Noir and the structure came through a bit more. I really enjoyed this, a good ringer for Chris to place in the lineup.

Green apples, lemon and a hint of brioche on the nose. Dry. A bit unbalanced acidety - crazy zasty. Light mouthfeel. Aboundant bubbles. Long exit with lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ok+. Close, but no sigar🍾

The first time I’ve had an English sparkling. Nice fruity nose. Palate was lemon, apple, a hint of stoneyness. No/very little autolytic notes. Crisp and refreshing. Not terribly interesting but tasty and good on a summer day. Dry as hell.
