Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - Return to Willamette; 7/2/2023-7/8/2023 (Portland & Willamette): More bright fruits, darker red berries. 20-25% of new French oak. Soft. Lots of baking spice. Easier style but get the feeling this has the stuffing to age a bit more. Still more quiet. Quicker finish than I expected.
