Sunday, March 25, 2012 - A beautiful, mature bottle. Dark aromatics of leather and earth followed by a silky mouth feel. Flavors are, again, leather, earth and mature black cherry. The wine teeters between being Brunello and Bordeaux though, due to its age, it had some raisiny character I associate with Amarone. All in all, a marvelous wine. Sorry to see the last of these go.
