Sunday, September 7, 2014 - BYOB HT14#1; 9/6/2014-9/7/2014: #BYOB - A close second tonight! I love this style of Syrah! Black pepper, white pepper, barnyard, manure, sausage, steak tartare and dark but cool fruit.
On the palate the wine is absolutely outstanding. High acidity, inky, almost salty fruit, round, but with a dry finish. High intensity and a length to die for.
