Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Dinner with friends (At home): Decanted for an hour, poured back into bottle and left to stand for another hour. This (relatively) longer period given for the wine to breathe helped the wine show better versus the last time I had it about 6mths ago. Restrained and very well balanced with good transparency. Tannins are very fine. More "filled out" and less angular than my last experience with this wine. A joy to drink this fully mature Tig and a great start to our dinner.
