Saturday, March 26, 2016 - Small Gathering w/ Indian Food: Light gold color. So must dusty, chalky, crusty minerality on the nose, on top of sliced yellow apple and white peaches. Fresh on the palate with bright acidity and a clean, vibrant feel. Lemon, lime, peach, the fruit is sweet but fresh with honeysuckle, crushed rocks and chalk elements. Long and pretty and, oh, so clean. Paired wonderfully with chicken tikka and some other Indian dishes.
