Friday, November 22, 2019 - Pretty classic Chianti with ripe raspberry, tomato puree, just a hint of barnyard and green provencal herbs. Very fresh acidty, a tad bitter, decent length finish. Already slightly better than my last encounter. Let‘s see how this develops.
