Tuesday, December 3, 2019 - Mike's Riesling Dinner (The Glasshouse): Very good wine. Sinuous and lifted, energetic nose. Lovely balance on the palate between lemon sherbet at the beginning and end, and creaminess on the mid-palate - reminiscent of SA Chenin Blanc. Surprisingly good match for pasta with a truffle and parmesan sauce.
