Clean balanced, the nose gives you hints of ammonium(salty licorice), salt and dark berrys.
Balanced acidity smith tannins and hints of ammonium, Blackberry, salt and minerals in a wonderful long finish...

    6/5/2020 10:03:00 AM - Ammonium I haven't tasted but Wikipedia says it is added to salted-licorice and gives it a bitter, astringent quality much like tannins. So ammonium = bitter tannins. Kong = long.
