This shows an earthy an thin side with a fair amount of acidity and tartness but paired well with cheese (Vermont creamy goat cheese and cheddar in particular). It did not fare well against the 2010 Sojourn Wohler, with its fruit and sweetness, but stood well as a wine to be paired with food.
