Sunday, November 17, 2019 - Champagne Event (Wine Exchange in Santa Ana): Disgorged 01/2019, with about 5 g/l dosage and a mix of Chard, PN and PM. This was one of the best wines of the tasting for me. Dried herb, green apple, leesy aromas, some chalk and strawberry. Fruit is nicely present with good structure, clean minerally finish. Terrific. I had bought a bunch of these on pre-release and glad I did.
