Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Wines that Rock (Craig & Nita's Place): Medium red color. Same bottle as Chablis28, slow-ox as noted. Drank 2 glasses over several hours. This was stunningly good for such a young Barolo. This is so open and alluring on the nose and the palate. A wine with finesse and charm that doesn't clamp down and grip the palate. While still youthful in its demeanor, this shows the rose petal floral character with bright red fruits and attractive licorice notes. Seamless and fresh with a silky feel that goes on and on. Wow, I really wanna try this in about 10 years...Craig? 95+ to 96pts.
