Sunday, October 6, 2013 - Cellier Wine Fair (Atheneum Intercontinental Hotel, Athens, Greece.): A great showing for this, especially given the mediocricy of the vintage. Very expressive on the nose with ripe and candied cherry, esspresso roast and earthy minerality. On the palate it is of medium+ body with firm tannins, multi-layered fruit and medium to high acidity. Long aftertaste. Great Chianti Classico.
