Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Chef's Night (Craig & Nita's Place): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. Drinking great, this has that riveting minerality on the nose; stones, tarragon, Meye lemon. The palate is round and deep, lemon, Meyer lemon, stones, gunflint and a little reductive note. This is so tangy and vibrant; the best of a string af many great bottles.
