Monday, August 6, 2018 - White Burgs & Jack White (Oceanaire, Mpls, MN): Pale gold color. Drank 1+ glass over 45 minutes. Another year under its belt and that much better. This was just crystalline in its stony minerality, showing lovely purity and finesse, lemon, white peach, and brine. This has energy and a crisp acid that gives it excellent lift. A great bottle to finish with.
