Sunday, July 13, 2014 - Getting Wine Geeky for the World Cup Final (Domaine Wine Storage, Chicago IL): Nose: Just like a few months ago, the nose is extremely intriguing and savory with marmalade, red apples, spiced pears, oranges, some bruised peaches, and a touch of funk.

Taste: Medium/full bodied with high acidity and some tannins as well. The structure is very noticeable with marmalade, red apples, oranges, bruised peaches and some wild spices.

Overall: Yet again this is a very intriguing and savory wine. This is spot on for the style and scratches the geek side in a big way.
