Saturday, November 19, 2011 - This may be getting close to maturity, so I may speed up consumption. Still very nice with typical Cayron barnyard and red fruit on the nose after aerating w/Vinturi and returning to bottle an hour prior to tasting event. Darker fruit and very smooth on the palate.
