Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Diner at Paradise Teochew. Typical white bordeaux blend: sauvignon blanc, semillon and muscadelle. Mid honey gold colour. Typical sauvignon blanc grassy note on the nose and palate. Crisp and fresh. Juicy citrusy notes. More mineral than fruit driven. Not much complexity even at 10 years of age. But no signs of decline. Overall an enjoyable wine, and surprisingly good considering the reputation of this vintage.
