Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Fifth bottle of six, impression consistent with previous bottles. Deepish yellow-green in the glass, honeysuckle, jasmine + a touch of ginger on the nose. Huge, almost Californian style in the fore and mid note ( Kongsgaard-esque? ), but with more than enough residual acidity to clarify from which side of the pond it emanates. Unexpected fleshy/full mouthfeel, slightly reminiscent of a rich Meursault ( Sauzet before he became woke ? ). Long ( 45 second ) afternote. A treat - drink by 2022 ( tops ).
