Thursday, February 22, 2024 - This was just brilliant. Such elegance and finesse, while unmistakably Spatburgunder. A very seductive nose with more black than red fruit, beautiful oak notes, slight sous bois, the herbs, almost garrigue, that spatburgunder often shows. Medium+ acidity, medium tannins, long finish. Huber is a master in making the ultimate 'German Bourgogne'

Not yet at peak in my opinion, can be even more complex with more tertiary notes
