Saturday, May 20, 2017 - Late Night, After Dinner Blind Tasting (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): Late night, tasted double blind. Tasted at room temp, Chardonnay clearly came through, but this seemed slightly flabby. Re-tasted when colder several hours later it was nicely floral. Palate showed lots of bright orchard fruit with subtle spice and moderate weight and length.
