Saturday, September 9, 2017 - Disgorged May 2014, so probably based on 2010/2011 vintage. Super fresh, tense and mineral driven with notes of lemon zest, mint, minerality. Also some blossoms. Medium bodied with high acidity and nice fresh mousse. Good length. A very nice nervous Champagne.
