Tuesday, October 17, 2017 - This 14 was one of the best Auberts I have had to date.

Color was a strawish golden yellow with a slight haze.

Was a PnP, and don't know if decanting would have added anything, but this just had a mouthful of flavors.

Had favors of mostly light fruits - pear, apple, and melon, with a hit of lemon & grapefruit. It had a slight buttery texture, but definitely not over oaked, and had a medium minerality with a touch of stoniness.

The acidity was fabulous and think this has a long life ahead of it, and looking forward to its future, might not touch another for at least a year or two.

Seemed to really shine at the cool temp just below room.
