This one seems to start off more acidic and mineral-driven with a little bit of salinity, and then starts to become MORE rounded towards the finish. Asian pear to the front, more of a citrus zest in the middle, finishing with butterscotch and a creaminess and roasted peanut kind of character almost. Was curious to see if this changed after an hour, as I think I got one of the first samples from initial pop. I really have no idea regarding longevity, but my guess is that you probably want to drink this one within 5 years.
