Friday, March 1, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles - The Verticals (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Walkaround vertical tasting. Faintly reductive. Complex array of red and black cherries and berries, but still firm structure making this barely forthcoming. Spice and whole cluster character is somewhere between very charming and too pronounced. Overall, also tough to fully assess right now but there is so much great stuff here, I am excited about where this will emerge 2030 forward.
