Thursday, July 7, 2022 - Deep ruby color. Some pancake syrup on the nose that faded quickly, with dark fruit and grilled herbs coming out in its stead. Fully body, medium acid, chalky tannins. Delicious blackberry fruit on the palate with the tannins provide some nice balance. Very tasting, though perhaps lacking in complexity.
