Thursday, July 18, 2019 - Working wine wine Seminar two Burgundy, Beguiling, Bewildering and Beautiful (Est. Restaurant, George Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity aromas. Almost a little resinous over wild black fruits, coffee. And so it roves on the palate, a little sour, savoury black fruit, tight and foursquare tannins. Finishes a little spiced. Not for me.
