Sunday, December 12, 2021 - 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Disgorged 5/21. Pale lemon w/ fine bubbles. Fresh and clean, with red apple, white peach, lemon, honeysuckle. Youthful. Dry w/ med (+) to high acidity and med alcohol (12.5%). Consistent with the nose also showing some cranberry and grapefruit on the clean and minerally finish. Very elegant and well-balanced, with med (+) flavor intensity and length. Really nice.
