Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Grand Cru Chardonnay (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Rich, butter, polished oak over stone fruit, slightly reductive, smells quite round as well. medium plus intensity acidity is a little sharp and the fruit tends to the citrus rather than stone fruit, oak is very present. Too young and out of whack for me at the moment.
